Fluffy pancakes that taste like the real thing. This recipe is a great way to start your day, or a great way to make a delicious breakfast at a low carb diet.




 1 ½ cups gluten free flour blend

½ tsp salt

3 ½ tsp baking powder

1 ¼ cups cashew milk

1 Tbsp sugar

3 Tbsp butter, melted

1 egg


  1. Take a large bowl and stiff together the gluten-free flour blend, salt, baking powder, and sugar in it.
  2. Now make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and pour in the egg, cashew milk, and butter. Mix well with a fork or a whisk until smooth.
  3. Then take a nonstick large pan and heat it over medium-high heat (almost 300-350 °F)
  4. To make a pancake, pour ¼ cup of batter in the pan and wait until bubbles form. Flip and continue to cook the other side for one minute until brown.
  5. Remove from the pan and serve.
